RETURN RIGHT

Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by us and are borne by the customer.
PRICES
The prices listed in our online store are in euros and include tax charges (24% VAT). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and appear during the order while they are priced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. The company has the right to modify the prices applied to the products of its website at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices listed on its website at the time of your order.
DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery of your order is made within 24 hours to the courier company.

At the customer’s request, bulky items can be shipped with a courier company. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer and are determined after consultation with our company.

Order delivery time from 1 to 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative and can vary depending on conditions such as strikes or extreme weather events. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery times.
Our central warehouses are open daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Orders received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
Our company does not bear any responsibility for any damages that will be caused during the transfer.
