Returns policy

In case a product is defective we will send you, without any charge from you, a new same product, if you wish. To do this, you will be asked to send us photos that prove the product is defective.

If this is not apparent from the photos you should send us the product back to check it out. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.

We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose a declared value shipment that represents the cost of the products you ship. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services.

The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by our company and are borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

If you trade as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period shall expire after the expiry of 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. Withdrawal Results

If you withdraw from this order, we will refund you interest-free without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were informed about the withdrawal and return of products to our company, all payments we have received from you. If in your order, shipping costs or cash on delivery costs or both together, in case of withdrawal, these costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Subject to the above, however, we can withhold refunds either until we receive all the products back or until we receive proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

You are responsible for any impairment of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Return and / or replacement of defective products – Commodity changes

Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a case that one of these products wears out when it is sent to you or you receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company. However, in case you find that there is damage and / or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us by phone at 2382022803 or e-mail, stating us if you wish to be sent a new one for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case you want a new product to be sent to you for replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge.

In case the product you received is proven to be defective you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice or interest-free refund if the product you want to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days from receipt.

You can also change within fourteen (14) days any product you bought from the eshop. Upon receipt by us, we will return new goods of your choice, of equal value to those being replaced. The cost of managing the return and new replacement shipment amounts to € 7.50. In case of cancellation and refund of money paid for the purchase, the management cost amounts to € 9.50.
